Integration note
POS connectivity is provider-specific. The current CaterAxis core has structured orders, menu/pricing data, API-access feature controls and import/export-ready records, but a live two-way POS connector must be configured for the specific POS provider. ezCater™ intake is further along: CaterAxis currently supports recognizing and importing ezCater™ order documents through email/PDF workflows and preserving the original source file.
